Make the most of our new and unique service and create your own virtual office. Be playful and creative with InstantOffice additional services, like it is some kind of a jigsaw game, and arrange the key parts of your business. Now you have the opportunity to enrich our virtual office package, BasicOffice, with services such as the receipt of telephone calls, conducting business office administration, scanning mail and forwarding it to your e-mail, copying and printing of documents, and you can even choose one of our meeting room packages.

Each of the following items can be activated on a monthly basis, you can increase or reduce the size of the package or change the number of hours of individual services.

1. Add - Telephone number
If you would like to have a telephone number, in addition with the business address for your company, there are two options at your disposal:

a)	Telephone number + unlimited call forwarding	15,00 EUR
b)	Telephone number + 120 min. taking calls in your company name**	40,00 EUR

2. Add - Scanning the documentation
What if you are not able to retrieve mail that we received in the name of your company? Use our Scan2Mail service and be timely informed via e-mail about all the received documents.

3. Add - Print&Copy
There are two print&copy packages at your disposal every month, regardless if you have constant need for printing and copying of your documents or if you are preparing an important presentation for your business partners:

Our administrative and technical support will save you time you previously spent on logistics.

All your guests will be welcomed and accommodated in the meeting rooms.
